Zinc Galvanizing Spray

Feature: This product can form galvanizing layers at normal temperature by means of aerosol spraying easily. The layer combines highly active anti-corrosive property and decorative property at the same time. The layer also possesses excellent adhesion, weather durability, and luster comparable to the ordinary zinc galvanizing system. It’s protective performance is much more reliable than common anti-corrosion paint or zinc-rich paint.

Application:

Suitable for the repairing and reinforcement of anti corrosive films of steel components and zincification system. Especially suitable for protective layers produced by zinc galvanizing technique and zinc spraying paint, such as iron towers, steel frames, outdoor iron pipes, iron bars, etc.

Direction:

1. Surface preparation: Surfaces to be sprayed should be cleaned away dusts, oils grease, moister, and flakings. Then coarsen the surfaces by machine or by hand.

2. Spray: Shake can vigorously until the glass beads in the can move for one to two minutes before spraying and occasionally while in use to ensure uniformity and prevent clogging. Hold the can 20cm from the surface to be sprayed, press spray button firmly with steady even strokes while moving can rapidly back and forth.

3. For reparation: 2-3 layers of films are necessary and the thickness is depending on the damages of original layers.

1. If not used up, invert the can and spray for 3 seconds to clean the nozzle.
